I love telling people about positive manifestation and living in positive joy. I share my passion for this practice with everyone, especially those who seem down. A way to give a little lift. Thinking positive all the time is a difficult task for most of us. We encounter negative people, situations, and energy daily. It can put your head in that negative hole that seems to be impossible to leave.
Have you ever noticed that when your day starts off negative it seems to get worse as the day goes on. That first negative situation feeds the storm of negative emotions and actions. That is why I encourage you to practice finding a positive anchor. When you experience that first negative situation steps back, breath and think about how this event could be positive. It may be difficult at first but trust me it's worth doing. Find even the smallest thing that could make the event positive and breath. For instance, you have a flat tire, and it makes you late for work. Think of how this could be a good thing. Did you avoid a bad accident down the road? Did you get to spend more time talking to your husband on the side of the road? Whatever it is it can change your entire attitude. You will carry that forward into the day. You will notice a positive energy and respond to things and people positively.
Try doing this for a week and notice how you feel. You will be healthier mentally and physically for it.
In today's podcast we discuss this practice further. I offer a few real word scenarios to help you get started. So go check it out at https://anchor.fm/theredcupdiaries/episodes/Finding-your-positive-anchor-e1tfjbm You can also listen on Spotify.
